Hello, I am Capawcinno, also known as Ollie. I use he/him & it/its pronouns and I'm an SFW artist based near Kraków, Poland.I am student majoring in Digital Design.Art is currently my main source of income and takes up most of my time!

•PAYMENT•
1 • payments are made through paypal invoice only. bank transfer is possible for customers in poland2 • payment must be sent within 24 hours after receiving an invoice unless discussed otherwise3 • at least 50% of the payment must be made before i start working on the piece4 • cryptocurrencies are not accepted as a form of payment - if commissioner tries to pay using cryptocurriences they will be blacklisted
5 • full refunds are available if the piece hasn't been started yet, for started pieces refer to the refund chart below6 • price of commission may increase if the character or prompt given is complex7 • additional characters are +50% of price for 2nd character and +25% for 3rd and more8 • you may ask for refund anytime - do not force refunds, doing so will result in being blacklisted

•GENERAL•
1 • i will do my best reply to your messages within 24 hours of receiving them2 • i maintain the right to refuse your commission if i don't feel comfortable doing it3 • clients are not allowed to edit/fix finished artwork. small edits for personal use (emotes, filters etc.) are okay4 • i reserve the right to drop and refund your commission (100% refund) if i provide reason of why im dropping it5 • i only work with sfw references, do not send me uncensored nsfw refs
6 • completion time varies between 2 weeks to 2 months, all progress is visible on my trello. you can ask me for updates anytime7 • i work with deadlines, however i do take rush fee that varies between %10 to %20 of base price8 • commissioned art is for personal use only, commissioner should credit me when using it by listing my twitter tag or linking my page9 • you cannot use commissioned art commercialy (as merch or prints) unless discussed otherwise
10 • commissioned art cannot be used for NFTs, AI "art" or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, and i will not work with anyone supporting or participating in said things
11 • Returning clients who had bought 3 or more pieces from me receive from 5% to 15% discount. Amount of discount depends on the commission type and complexity.
12 • By commissioning me, you agree that you've read and accepted my terms of service. violation of these terms will result in non-refundable abandonment of work on your commission regardless of stage and/or blacklisting
